Chris first started driving a 6.5 hp 4 stroke kart at the Hua Hin kart track aged 5 years against drivers in the 13.5 hp cars with lap times in the low 39 seconds bracket. In 2006 it was decided to let Chris drive competitively so he drove Puma 85cc in the TYKE Challenge and finished no 7 overall, the same year he also entered in the 10 to 18 year old 100cc Yamaha in National Championship and finished 7th overall in this class. It should be noted that Chris is the youngest driver to enter the Yamaha class and had his first race at the Korat circuit at the age of 6 years and 9 months.

Sponsored by Bright Morning Star Co. Ltd. and Baan Yamu Phuket Thailand, his team is BMS Racing. Chris will spend his free time this year practicing in the Tag Junior with a view to racing next season in this class as well as the Yamaha Tag Junior racing subject to approval from Kart Asociation Thailand.

Chris is looking for more sponsorship. In the long term he will be a champion and works very hard. During the course of a days training in Hua Hin he will do upwards of 200 laps in the 2 karts he has there. All the KAT races are televised and each race is shown 3 times.

As of June 2007 Chris is currently no 7 in the Yamaha Challenge and no 5 in the Birel SL Trophy. His last race at Bira was a dissapointment as he qaulified last but through determination managed to finish 8th in the final. This result caused him to drop from 5th place in the championship after 2 rounds to where he is at present. He is determined to do better in round 4 to be held at Bira.

There is a plan to possibly enter Chris in Tag Pro Junior in 2008 if KAT allow him as he is not yet old enough. He already has Tag engine in Energy chassis which he has already tried out at Bira in the dry and wet and turned in some good times. Most of his driving in this car is done at his home track in Hua Hin where he has set a best lap time of 31.500 seconds. Chris's best lap time in his 4 stroke 13 hp Honda is 34.040 seconds.

Round 4 at Bira circuit Pattaya [6-8th July 2007] Friday practice session:
Every thing was going well up until about 1pm and then Chris had a really heavy shunt which resulted in the car going airborne and very heavy damage. A new Birel chassis was purchased along with a new steering column and then Khun Pan and Khun Gan straightened out the back axle and rebuilt the car in a little over 2 hours. A fantastic job done. Chris was able to run the car from about 4 pm that day.

Saturday practice and qualifying:
A pretty uneventful day with Chris only qaulifying 8th.

Sunday Race Day:
Chris finished last in the first heat, and in the second heat finished 7th. In the final really well until the driver of kart 584 decided to drive straight over the top of Chris thus ending his race. The accident was due to dangerous and incompetent driving by the driver of kart 584 and robbed Chris of a trophy in the challenge cup and a trophy in the Birel SL. This would have been Christophers best finish todate. Chris has put this down to experience and is raring to get to the next round.

Saraburi Round 5 National Championship: 26th August 2007.

Chris qualified 7th out of 8 drivers which was a bit dissapointing espacially after the DNF at round 4. In the first heat Chris had a fantastic start and went into 3rd position which he held until the end which gave him 3rd on the grid for heat no 2. Heat no 2 Chris had a good start and at one point was actually up to second place for a few laps. He was however overtaken and finish 3rd. In the final Chris finished a very good 3rd thus giving him his best ever finish to date!

Saraburi Round 6 National Championship: Chris finished 6th

Bira Round 7: Chris finished 6th

Yamaha Chalenge Championship: Chris finished 7th overall with 64 points

Birel SL Championship: Chris finished 6th overall with 75 points

Total Trophies won this season: 7
