Go-karting is a sport that can be dangerous.

Clause 1. The Company will not be held responsible in any sense whatsoever for any accidents that occur resulting from the racing of go-kart on this racetrack.

Clause 2. The Lessee must strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the race track and with the signing of a contract, thereby testifying that they have read and understood all the rules and regulations of this racetrack to their fullest extent.

Clause 3. The Lessee agrees to compensate for any or all damages that occur to the track, go-kart or other equipment resulting from negligent behavior or not abiding by the rules and regulations of the race track.

Clause 4. The Lessee must under no circumstances drive go-kart whilst under the influence of alcohol, intoxicating drugs or suffering from any health condition that may cause risk to themselves or others. We do not recommend driving if you are or think you may be pregnant.

Clause 5. Deliberate bumping, hitting, crashing or infringement of the regulations of the race track will result in the manager of the race track immediately ordering a halt to racing and will bill the lessee for any damages that have occurred.

Clause 6. The lessee will remain in the go kart whilst on the track unless accompanied by a member of staff.

Clause 7. In the event of a rear end collision, the responsibility for damages lies with the driver of the vehicle behind (the vehicle which has collided with the rear of the vehicle in front).

Clause 8. Any complaints, disputes or arguments whatsoever as a result of the decision of the track marshals must be addressed in writing only to the manager of the race track or the managing director of the company. The company will not enter into or discuss any disputes or discussions verbally.

Clause 9. The decision of the manager of the race track or the director of the company is final.
